Our services include the Ideation Agent, Brand Marketing Agent, and PhotowalaGPT, each designed to help entrepreneurs and businesses achieve their goals.

All features and AI-generated content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated outputs for your specific purposes.

Fastlanex.ai shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to business losses, reputational harm, or third-party claims.

User Obligations

You alone are responsible for the content and legality of the ideas you submit.

Do not submit any content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of your ideas and inputs.

Fastlanex.ai does not claim any rights over your business concepts.

Third-Party AI Services

We use external LLM APIs to process your inputs.

Those APIs may process or retain data according to their privacy policies.

By using Fastlanex.ai, you consent to sharing your inputs with these providers.

Data Usage & Privacy

We do not use your data, content, or inputs for any purpose other than providing the services you have subscribed to.

Your content is never shared with, sold to, or used to benefit other users or third parties.

All user data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

Termination & Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, without prior notice—especially if you violate these terms.

We reserve the right to block users who engage in suspicious activities, abuse our services, or violate content guidelines.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, and any unused credits or subscription time may be forfeited.

User Responsibility

Fastlanex.ai acts as an enabler and does not guarantee business success or the accuracy of market predictions.

Subscription & Payment

The Ideation Agent operates on a subscription-based model. Pricing details are available on our pricing page.

Payment Methods: We currently accept payments in Indian Rupees (INR) through our payment partners. International payment options are coming soon.

By subscribing, you agree to the recurring payment terms as displayed at the time of purchase.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your Ideation Agent subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, allowing you to continue using all features until the plan expires.

Refund Policy: Subscriptions are generally non-refundable. When you subscribe, our AI services begin processing your requests immediately, incurring computational costs from the moment you start using the platform. Due to the nature of AI-powered services and the resources consumed during your usage, we cannot offer automatic refunds.

However, we understand that circumstances vary. If you believe you deserve a refund, please contact us at hello@fastlanex.ai. We will review your usage history and consider your request on a case-by-case basis. If approved, a partial refund may be issued based on your actual usage. Please allow up to 30 business days for refund processing.

Service Description

The Brand Marketing Agent is an AI-powered LinkedIn marketing automation tool that helps users create, schedule, and publish content on their LinkedIn profiles. The service includes:

• AI content creation powered by Anthropic Claude

• AI image generation powered by Google Gemini

• Automated scheduling and posting to LinkedIn

• Analytics and performance insights

• LinkedIn tokens and credentials are encrypted at rest and in transit using application-level encryption keys

LinkedIn Authorization

To use the Brand Marketing Agent, you must authorize Fastlanex.ai to access your LinkedIn account. By granting this authorization, you permit us to:

• Post content on your behalf to your LinkedIn profile

• Access basic profile information necessary for service functionality

You may revoke this authorization at any time through your account settings in our application, your LinkedIn account settings, or by contacting us.

User Responsibility for Content

You are wholly and solely responsible for all content posted to your LinkedIn account through our service. This includes:

• AI-generated content that you approve and publish

• Any modifications or additions you make to AI-generated content

• Custom content you create and publish through our platform

Fastlanex.ai is an enabler and technology provider only. We do not review, endorse, or take responsibility for the content you choose to publish.

You must ensure all content complies with LinkedIn's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and applicable laws. Any violations of LinkedIn's policies are your sole responsibility.

Content Guidelines

You agree not to use the Brand Marketing Agent to create, schedule, or publish content that:

• Is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory

• Contains misinformation, spam, or misleading claims

• Infringes on intellectual property or privacy rights

• Violates LinkedIn's policies or any applicable regulations

We do not tolerate misuse of our platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in suspicious activities or policy violations without refund.

Data Security & Compliance

Your security is our priority. The Brand Marketing Agent implements industry-standard security measures:

• All authentication data and credentials are encrypted using industry-standard encryption with secure key management

• User data is stored on servers located in Frankfurt, Germany, in compliance with GDPR and EU data protection regulations

• Our infrastructure follows industry security best practices and recognized security frameworks

AI processing is performed on secure, private infrastructure. We do not share your data with other users or use it for any purpose beyond providing your subscribed services.

PhotowalaGPT is an AI-powered WhatsApp service that transforms your product images into professional photography shots. Users can send images or text prompts via WhatsApp, and our AI (powered by Google Gemini) generates high-quality professional product photographs.

The service is designed for product photography enhancement, lifestyle shots, e-commerce images, and social media content creation.

Subscription & Payment

PhotowalaGPT operates on a subscription-based model. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our authorized payment partner.

By subscribing, you agree to the recurring payment terms as displayed at the time of purchase. Subscription plans include a specified number of credits that can be used for image generation.

Additional credit packs (add-ons) may be purchased separately and are subject to the same terms.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your PhotowalaGPT subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

• You will continue to have access to your remaining credits until the subscription expires.

• No further charges will be made after the current billing cycle ends.

Refund Policy

PhotowalaGPT subscriptions and credit purchases are generally non-refundable. This is because:

• Credits are immediately available for use upon purchase.

• AI processing costs are incurred at the time of each image generation.

In exceptional circumstances, if you believe you are entitled to a refund, you may submit a request by contacting us at hello@fastlanex.ai. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, considering:

• Your usage history and credits consumed.

• The reason for the refund request.

• Time elapsed since purchase.

If a refund is approved, the refund amount will be calculated as a percentage based on unused credits and services. Please allow up to 30 business days for refund processing and disbursement.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our criteria or appear to abuse our refund process.

Content Guidelines for PhotowalaGPT

You agree not to submit images or prompts that contain:

• Illegal, harmful, or offensive content.

• Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.

• Explicit, adult, or inappropriate material.

We reserve the right to refuse service and terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without refund.
