What is prohibited

The following are forbidden on Drop and lead to immediate removal and a permanent ban:

• Child sexual abuse material, in any form
• Sexualised depictions of minors, whether photographic, drawn, animated or generated
• Grooming, sexual solicitation, or sexual extortion of a minor
• Trafficking, or arranging offline contact with a minor for a sexual purpose
• Sharing or seeking links, contacts or other routes to any of the above

How to report

Anyone can report from inside the app, without leaving the conversation:

• A person — open the profile and choose Report
• A message — press and hold it, then Report this message
• An offering — the menu on the card, then Report this offering

Every report form carries Sexual content as a reason. Choose it for anything described on this page. A report can carry a written note, and that note matters: messages on Drop expire, so the note is often the durable record of what was seen.

Blocking is offered alongside every report and is selected by default. You can also write to us directly at hello@fastlanex.ai. Please include the time and the phone number involved, if you have them.

What happens when you report

Every report reaches a person. It is assessed against a written internal rulebook, so that decisions are consistent rather than improvised.

Where a report concerns child safety, we:

• Treat it ahead of every other kind of report
• Remove the content, where it is still within our reach
• Terminate the account, permanently and without warning
• Preserve what we hold that is relevant, rather than deleting it
• Report it to the appropriate authority

We do not require the reporter to be the victim, and we do not require certainty. Report it and let us assess it.

Reporting to authorities

We report apparent child sexual abuse material and credible child safety concerns to the relevant regional and national authorities. This includes the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children where applicable, and the competent authorities in India and Germany, the two countries where Drop operates.

We cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.

What Drop can and cannot see

We are direct about this, because a standard that cannot be met is worse than no standard at all.

Drop is built so that very little is kept. Messages pass through our server and stop being held once they arrive; the history lives on the devices of the two people in the conversation. We do not scan or automatically filter message content. We rely on reports rather than on detection, which is why the reporting route above is the primary safeguard, why we act on reports quickly, and why we do not ask a reporter to prove anything first.

Where content is still on our systems when a report arrives, we can see it, act on it and preserve it.
